Kennel Facility Manager

Rachel Rosch joined the Animal Care Center team in August 2021 and now serves as the Kennel Facility Manager. Her passion for working in the veterinary industry, particularly in kennel management, is driven by her deep understanding of the trust pet owners place in her care. She knows firsthand the anxiety that can come with leaving a beloved pet in someone else’s hands and is commitment to creating a safe and healthy environment for pets to play and stay. Rachel believes in fostering open and honest communication with owners to ensure their peace of mind and their pets’ well-being.

Rachel has played a key role in developing and launching Animal Care Center’s new daycare programs following the hospital’s relocation and expansion. She describes building the department from the ground up—both literally and figuratively—as an incredibly rewarding journey. Rachel credits the success of this  to the dedication and hard work of her amazing team.​

Outside of work, she enjoys dog training, hiking, camping, and boating, finding joy in the outdoors and an active lifestyle. At home, she’s a devoted “plant mom” who enjoys nurturing her green companions, alongside caring for her Spaniel/Retriever mix, Boozie, and her vibrant collection of four fish tanks, which house over 50 fish.
